Cancellation policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the date of arrival: no fee will be charged (for reservation package 14 days).
If cancelled or modified later 100% of the first night will be charged.
In case of no show or anticipated departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Not refundable reservation: no show, modified or cancelled, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For bookings for one night only, for which the full charge of the stay will be made. For bookings guaranteed with a confirmation deposit, the guarantee paid will be returned to the user – for cancellations made 14 days or more before the date of arrival – by bank transfer, within 30 days from completion of the necessary refunding operations.
Important notice: Are excluded all the Not refunding and package reservation witch could be charged at the moment of booking.
