Cancellation policy

Important: In case of cancellations or modifications made up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, no charge will be made no cost. (for offers and packages up to 30 days)
In the event of changes or no-shows made after this deadline 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount will be charged amount of the stay. In the case of reservations guaranteed with a deposit, the return to the user of the guarantee paid, in the event of cancellations received up to 14 days before the arrival date, it will be made by bank transfer within 30 days from the completion of the necessary reversal operations of the amount.

Note: "Non-Cancelable" reservations are excluded for which immediate payment is required.
